Before treatment we suggest arriving at the SPA a few minutes before your entrance or treatments.

Silence please: Please silence your cellphone or tablet to avoid disturbing other guests.

Reservation: we recommend booking your appointment in advance. SPA ENTRY MUST ALSO BE RESERVED.

Health status: we ask you to inform us about any illnesses, allergies, pregnancies, chemotherapy, blood pressure, diabetes, inflammation; carefully reading the regulations and filling in the release form that will be given to you upon entering the Spa.

REGULATIONS

Access to the SPA is subject to the signing of the release receipt and acceptance and compliance with these Regulations:

• We inform our kind customers that the maximum height of the swimming pools is 130 cm and that they are not equipped with surveillance.
• Access to the Spa is not permitted to pregnant women and to those who have had, or currently have, disorders relating to: heart, blood pressure, breathing, after-effects of trauma, recent surgery and other relevant pathologies.
• Access to the Spa is reserved for users over 12 years of age.
• It is mandatory to wear a swimming costume. Please do not wear slippers in the pools.
• It is mandatory to take a foot bath with antifungal before accessing the Spa practices.
• Please maintain a voice and behavior appropriate to an environment of complete relaxation.
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire facility.
• Diving is prohibited. To access the pools, use the appropriate handrails and ladders.
• It is mandatory to use a towel inside the sauna and Turkish bath.
• It is not recommended to stay in the SPA area for more than 2 hours.
• At the end, the used linen must be placed in the appropriate container at the SPA reception.
• It is mandatory to leave the pools and practices 30 minutes before closing time.
• It is mandatory to wear a swimsuit in the saunas, swimming pools and common areas of the wellness centre.
• Check that you have not forgotten personal items in the pockets of your bathrobes and in the lockers.
